Milan Woodfire Pizza Waterford City Centre

I was highly recommended this pizzeria, and it did not disappoint. The pizza dough was cooked perfectly. The charred bubbles on the dough were excellent — just enough to add extra flavour. Well done on the fermentation process.

The toppings are excellent quality, as is the cheese, with meaning no excess oil. This pizzeria is probably the best in the South East, hands down — 10/10 and well worth a visit.

Nando was such a great host, and the atmosphere here is warm and welcoming. I will definitely return.

A brilliant restaurant specialising in wood fire pizza. All of the food is delicious and the staff’s service is very kind. Would highly recommend a visit!

Excellent pizza , excellent customer service and a really nice owner , had 5 different pizzas from here at the weekend , I enjoyed all of them. I also got to witness the owner making them from scratch: excellent dough , super tomato sauce and great toppings , I hope they continue to keep the quality up and that the locals in the area give him business, as lots of these small owner operated takeaways are finding it difficult at the moment.
